since FM100B is auto-volt (can be used anywhere in the world)
then using computer power supply socket (on PC side) is more ideal, then the users in different country just use a local computer power cable instead to change the power plug or use plug adaptor

The FM100B must operate on 120 vac. It needs both positive and negative voltages for some of the circuits. If you want to run it on DC you have to run two batteries or figure out another way to get the negative voltages needed. Hope this helps you out.

oh no
you may be confused
I mean...use a retractable AC power cord (as computer used) instead of fixed
since the power input of FM100B is 100-240V, means can be used anywhere in the world, then use retractable power cord, in order to use a local power cable instead of the American-style in foreign countries (e.g. Hong Kong)

Ah, simple request! We will definitly rank this in the top of changes for the next run of FM100Bs. I could see where our standard plug would be a pain for you folks with the different plugs. I will see what we can do...
