It appears they don't broadcast audio.

That's correct. We can no longer sell the cubes with audio. Seems silly doesn't it... you can thank 'Big Brother'!

seems to me I heard something about that.
It IS funny, considering you can buy A/V-capable microwave links all over the place - and cheap.
