telephone controlled weather station

i do have a small greenhouse at home that i need to monitor the temperature using telephone. i would like to know if anyone knows any kind of gadget or electronic products that i can buy or built for this. the gadget must have voice answering capability to work with the phone system. thanks. :rolleyes:
