SR2 Shortwave Receiver Kit

Anybody know what the power supply/source for this kit is? I haven't purchased one yet, but probably will in the near future, and I'd like to be able to connect it to 12vdc.

The recommended supply is a 9 Volt battery. No provision currently exists for an external supply.

hey thanks! i'm sure i could put together a simple power-supply to run it off 12v.
