Use the Dipole antenna that came with it. I get about 6 8 blocks coverage using my car with the power at mid point. Sounds like the big boys within 2 blocks.

Now just don't walk across the rug and touch the antenna or you might end up blowing the GAL5 and wondering what happened. Always ground yourself before you touch the antenna if at all possible.
