If you don't want to order online, and don't want to call our 1800 number, don't worry! We will be happy to process your order using this order form! Just print it and mail it on in.

Online Orders

1. When you find a product that you want to buy, click    and that will bring you to your online shopping cart.

2. After you have chosen everything you want to buy into your online shopping cart, click

3. Fill in the address and shipping information and click continue.

4. Fill in your credit card information (Yes, it's very secure.)

Once completed, a personal order confirmation receipt and acknowledgment is sent to you via E-Mail.

Terms and Conditions

	Orders received prior to 3:30PM ET are normally shipped same day received and approved.  Any order received after 3:30PM ET is not guaranteed to ship same day.  This applies to all methods of shipping including overnight, 2nd day, 3rd day, and other expedited services.  Saturday delivery is not available.  In short, if you order something overnight on a Friday at 5:00PM, you may not receive it until the following Tuesday, considering it shipped Monday.  If you are close to the cutoff point and have a critical need, please call our CSR group to verify whether we can make the carrier's cutoff.
	Pay via our secure server using your VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
	Select your method of shipping.  UPS Ground, 3rd Day, 2nd Day, Overnight, Canada or International.  Canadian orders may also select USPS, which may reduce or eliminate the duty charges on delivery.
	Since UPS is used for most shipments, please provide a street address or business (best). UPS CANNOT deliver to a PO Box! (The truck won't fit!)
	All charges are calculated immediately on-the-fly, and are shown on your web order prior to checkout.  These charges do NOT include any international duty charges.
	All prices are in US Dollars.
	NY State Residents MUST add appropriate sales tax unless accompanied by a signed resale certificate. NO EXCEPTIONS, the state loves to audit mail order companies!
